The Capitol View Park (CVP) is located in Silver Spring between Kensington and Forest Glen. CVP contains about 350 homes and is nestled between the B&O railroad tracks to the west and a stream to the east which forms our natural boundaries. CVP was the first historic district in Montgomery County and we have an extremely interesting history. Metropolitan Avenue turns into Capitol View Avenue and meanders south through the neighborhood until it meets Seminary Road. We welcome all residents to become members of the CVPCA
